Massive Eating


I'm pretty clued up how my nutrition should be on training days (meals leading up to training should be P+F, meals afterwards P+C), but Im not sure how I should arrange my meals on days off.

Should my first 3 meals of the day be P+C and final 3 P+F, or shall I mix them up?

I'm looking to gain lean mass by the way.



I would consume my P+C meals first thing in the day as our insulin sensitivity is better in the morning.
