Just had a couple of questions you might answer. Would it be feasible/wise to use massive eating combinations for a way of eating from now on, unless following another specific diet? What do Fish/Flax oils do for me (yes I am taking them)?
Yes and for fish/flax oil, you need to read the Fat Roundtable in issue 124 and A Lean, Mean, Fat-Burning Machine! in issue 169. This will give you a start.
