Massive Eating Spreadsheet/Plan?


Does anybody have a massive eating spreadsheet/meal plan mapped out already? Or something similar.

I'm about to jump into the temporal nutrition part (C+P in morning, P+F at night) and was trying to make the transition as easy as possible. Anyone have their diet written on the computer before I spend my time mapping out a huge diet?
