I've been on Massive Eating for four weeks, and I figured I'd post my results. I went from 168# @ 10% bodyfat to 178# @ 12% bodyfat (4 site, measured by calipers 3 times). That's a gain of 4.4# of fat and 6.6# of muscle. I've been training 5 days a week with weights using Ian King's Limping programs and my own upper body program, no cardio, Androsol 70 sprays, 2x a day for first 3 weeks, Tribex on weeks 3&4, Surge & Creatine post-workout. It would be sweet if you guys could post YOUR Massive Eating results too, so we can all compare.
