Massive eating and grow! HELP JB!

Hey JB,is there too many carbs in grow to use as a protien + fat meal?I hope not I love the stuff mixed with flax.I like to take one about 2 hours before training with 2 tbsp. of flax.Also I like to drink a carb drink while training.The carb drink I use is derived from corn and is a complex carb.Each serving is 205 cals. and 54 grams of carbs with only 2 grams of sugar.Is that alright,or do you recommend something else?Thanks.What’s up with the surge,I’ve been waiting forever it seems?
