Mass Training


I am a natural bodybuilder. I am 6 feet tall weighing 190lbs. I want to get up to 240lbs of muscle mass. I work a physically demanding job from 2pm to 10pm. Should I train in the morning after breakfast OR after work because I would already had at least 4 solid meals. Which time would be more effective for adding size? And what training split should I follow?

What have you been doing so far? Seems to be working, unless you started out bigger than you currently are.

I don’t mean to ruin your ambition but IMHO you have to reconsider your goals. 240lbs of muscle mass (with very few body fat) is impossible to achieve if you intend to stay natural.

Train at whichever time that allows you to have plenty of energy and time to bust your ass in the workout.
