Fellas- can anyone out there recommend a good training regimen to go along with the Pound O Week diet for putting on weight? I know there are some here on the Tmag site, but wanted to see who had killer results and with which mass building program. I need to pack on some poundage. Thanks-------
1 compound exercise per bodypart, whole body 2x’s a week. If you have to do more then 1 set to failure then split body in half.
