I do not currently have a training log, but have considered it so that I can document my ambitious training goals. I’m planning on starting MMS in August.
My wife has a 3-day work trip at the beginning of August and I have about 4-5 pounds of fat I’d like to trim before embarking on my first true bulking phase (past bulks where training was half-assed or nonexistent don’t count).
