Today was the first session of my deload week. It was boring as hell. I’m so glad I’m not a bodybuilder. I did get blood flowing though, and I know I need the deload, so I should probably quit bitching. But anything REALLY worth doing is ONLY done on a barbell…I’m just saying lol

Kept the weight down since I’m deloading, but kept volume up. Really concentrated on form and I think all reps looked good. Hips hurt a little bit, but I’ll get over it.
