I do cleans in singles,doubles,and triples. I’m not sure what time frame you’re talking about because I did cleans a few times during the two years of that log.

Ahh, I went 5 reps on the sets. I’m sure I can hit 225 with good form while fatigued and its still moderately challenging.
Doing cleans directly after deads and rack deads make the weight FLY up. Haha

Subbed out the prowler chest thing for some slow cable flies from the low pulley…prowlers were in use.
