I’ve been making my own pre/post workout shake out of whey and maltodextrin using JB’s recommendations. The pump I’m getting in the gym is incredible.
The problem is the whey makes it taste like crap. So bad in fact that I threw up today after a heavy set of squats.
I have been mixing the whey with orange cordial but this does not disguise the aftertaste. Does anyone have any tips on how to disguise the taste?
If only it wasn’t so expensive to buy Surge over here…
