Finally some non athletes getting coverage on use of AAS and HGH. If they are going to go on their witch hunt they might as well get everyone.
Yup, she got em from Dr. Dre who recently buffed out. What did you think Gin and Juice really stood for?
D
This is despicable. They mentioned the names once as an attention-grabber, and then used the phrase “information has surfaced recently…” to justify smearing these people without evidence. God, I hate this place sometimes. Is there any such thing as responsible journalism anymore?
Soares, who is in his inaugural term as district attorney, compares the Internet-fueled industry to the powerful cocaine cartels of the 1980s. He pointed out that Stan and Naomi Loomis, the husband and wife owners of the brick-and-mortar Signature pharmacy, own multimillion dollar properties and a fleet of expensive sports cars and boats.
“They’re living the lifestyle of the Tony Montanas of the '70s and '80s because they’re drug dealers,”
What. The. FUCK. So now we’re equating very rich, profitable BUSINESS OWNING doctors with crack dealers. Somebody kill me.
Well, there you go-an excuse to bring Benoit into play. I guess this is the closest thing we’ll ever get to a retraction for incorrect reporting, even while it STILL manages to cast guilt on steroids for the rampage.
I’m seriously thinking about moving overseas to a place less hysterical…
Already posted in the “War on Testosterone” thread…
Sen. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., is pushing a bill that would make human growth hormone a controlled substance, like anabolic steroids. Human growth hormone currently is not a controlled substance under federal law, which means it is not a crime to possess the drug and the federal government has minimal control over its production and distribution, Schumer said.
…So HGH is not illegal to posses?Im confused…

You and me both, brother. Europe’s looking quite attractive.
“under the misconception they will aid healing, enhance looks, strength and speed, or slow aging”
“MISCONCEPTION”???
Oh that’s right, steeroids only shrink your balls, grow your boobs and make you beat up your girlfriend. [/sarcasm]
Who cares if Mary J Bliege, 50 cent, Barry Bonds, Sly Stallone, Roger Clemens etc. does steroids. I don’t. I hate this fucking countries’ bullshit. The cops and government ought to deal with the real issues in our country. Instead of having govt. baseball hearings and busting good standing tax paying citizens, maybe they should focus on crimes that really hurt our society or maybe the 21 million illegal aliens that cost tax payers 328 billions dollars last year. Awe, don’t fucking get me going.

Fucking right!!! I am a small business owner and have paid thousand upon thousands in taxes over the years. I’ve never been in any trouble with the law. I wouldn’t hurt a fly, I’m a good father! However, I have to hide my muscles in long sleeve clothing, like a Crack Head hiding his stash, because people will all point at Captain Anabolic Roid head!!!
Not to mention with all tyhe roids flying around this country, kids, and people in general, are getting fatter and fatter, it’s disgusting. Just go to wal-mart on a sunday afternoon and tell me steroids are a fucking problem in this country. One fucking kid dies at football practice in 105 degree heat and everyone goes crazy because his mom finds d-ball in his dresser and the steroid witch hunt posse rides out. Meanwhile kids all over the country are getting so fat, lazy and pathetic it drives my crazy. Don’t get me going!!!
And another thing! The Glorious, Legendary leader of our misfit band of Roid rebels is where? Why he’s sitting in the Oval office in Sacramento of course!!! Ok Oval, round, square what ever they call it down there
How does information like this become public? Isn’t there some sort of medical-confidentiality involved if they’re getting their stuff prescribed from a doc?
This post was flagged by the community and is temporarily hidden.
So they’re going after the doctors who illegally prescribed AAS?
That’s the whole paradigm of the standard medical model - nothing is taken or prescribed unless there is something wrong with the body. It’s all about sickness. For example, the only time anabolic steroids are legally prescribed is when an AIDS patient is wasting away from their illness - and even THAT was controversial when it was in the process of being approved.
WTF is up with this hatred for testosterone, for making people stronger?
Taking something to make a healthy person even better, or enhanced, is seen as cheating.

Here is my ‘perspective’ on the situation.
I was talking recently with a UK gent who has a friend in the police.
The policeman is suspended from his job because he used some force to arrest a known ‘badboy’ who happens to be black.
The Bboy pulled the race card, and this lead to the suspension.
So, there is no incentive for the police to be heroic any more. They must still fulfil goals and arrest quotas, so what are they gonna do? Go after ‘soft’ targets, and ignore the others.
Bullshit, plain and simple.
I actually feel sorry for the cops. The world is so Bass Ackwards that they actually face being PUNISHED for doing their job.

Fucking word, Bushy.
This whole world is getting ridiculous, innit?
