I was going to say the same thing. Regardless of his asymmetry, he did it how it should be done and likely didn’t have the “big guy” delusion that just because he is a strong, thick dude, that he would just absolutely crush everything if he just lost 20 or so pounds.

But now we can see how long-term sole-powerlifting training is not the path to a symmetrical physique.

Respect and great for him though, for real.

He looks like an old leather shoe that my dog has been using as a chew toy for the past 8 weeks.

Some powerlifters so have fairly nice physiques but the thickness in the mid section really hurts most of them. In the picture above, he is almost as thick as the shorty fatty to his right. If that guy got to Bell’s level of conditioning, he’d probably have a thicker waist.
