This giant set kicked my butt. I’m out of shape, this program is going to be just what the doctor ordered. I only managed to get in the main work today. I’m going to make an effort to get the extra/bonus/supplemental work in as well moving forward.

I’m happy to be back on a program, time to execute.

House is great, thanks. We accomplished a lot of landscaping this summer (with lots still remaining), and this winter we plan to tackle some finishing in the basement (washroom, spare room). Our son is doing awesome, he is an amazing little guy. We may or may not have a sibling joining him in the spring as well!
