Do you think it is okay to do Manual Labor Workout with 3 or 5 reps per set ?
RSS Article Manual Labor Workout - 1 Rep per Set:
3 exercises for 20 sets of 1
3 exercises for 30 sets of 1
3 exercises for 25 sets of 1
Manual Labor Workout with 3 Reps per Set:
3 exercises for 8 sets of 3
3 exercises for 9 sets of 3
3 exercises for 10 sets of 3
Manual Labor Workout with 5 Reps per Set:
3 exercises for 4 sets of 5
3 exercises for 5 sets of 5
3 exercises for 5 sets of 5
If you do what percentages would you recommend ?

I honestly haven’t tried it so I can’t tell you if it would work or not. Having a similar total volume doesn’t necessarily lead to the same training effect as fatigue accumulation will not follow the same pattern.
I theory it should work but I would not go above sets of 3 myself if I tried it.

I’m gonna try it with 3 reps per set for the next 4 weeks and let you know.
