Managing Gyno. Got Bloodwork

So basically I have a gumball size lump under left nipple. Months ago it was very tender… and now it is painless. I tried to manage with femara (letro) at 2.5 mg ED for 2 months straight and nothing helped. I did not experience letro sides at all.

Any advice?
My estrogen was less than 1 on blood work so the femara must be working as it eliminates 98% of estrogen in body.

Very low E2 is harmful and has negative effects on: mood, libido, energy socialization.

Letro dose was insanely high.

What were you doing that led to the gyno?
What supplements have you been using?

Matt?

Evaluate your overall thyroid function by checking oral body temperatures as per the thyroid basics sticky. Thyroid hormone fT3 is what gets the job done and it regulates mitochondrial activity, the source of ATP which is the universal currency of cellular energy. This is part of the body’s temperature control loop. This can get messed up if you are iodine deficient. In many countries, you need to be using iodized salt. Other countries add iodine to dairy or bread.
