Hello t-dudes. I am just wondering what the nutritional
stats are on a tablespoon of malto. How do you measure it for your post-workout shakes.

9 grams of carbs per tablespoon

I don’t know about malto but dextrose is 1gram dextrose=1 gram of carbohydrate. I’d be willing to guess that malto is pretty close to the same.

0ne cup = 16 tablespoons or 144 carbs. Just break it down to what you need. Ex. 1/2 cup = 8 TB or 72 carbs, 1/3 cup = 5.33 TB or 48 carbs.
