Does anyone know if maltodextrin is ok to consume when you're on a low carb diet? I bought one of those "green tea in powder form" products and on the nutritional label it states the product doesn't contain any carbs or calories. However, when I look at the ingredients I noticed it has maltodextrin. So, will this mess up my low carb diet to lose fat?
No. It would if you were taking it straight in a PWO shake, but it doesn't list it because its <1 so don't worry about it
