I play soccer and I do some medium ab work and leg work as well after scrimmages. I like to sip on protein and gatorade with malto during my workouts, but sometimes I feel weighed down and tired after that. Whats a good mixture to take during and after sports?
a good balanced meal prior and after then Surge or what you are during sounds goo to meal. Get plenty of reak food in prior complex carbs fruit etc. Protein and same after.
