malto-dextrin

just bought some malto-dextrin,but there’s no nutritional info. on package.Do’es anybody have this info? and how much do I use with my pwo protein shake?Also the lady said alot of guys were using corn sugar.Would this work too? Thanks, iron.head

corn sugar works too, not sure about the nutritional info but for a post workout shake you should have three times as much protein as carbs so i go 1 scoop of protein to 2 1/2 to 3 scoops malto. (shake it well)

Its all carbs.

As for the shakes take as much as needed. Its usaully twice the amount of protein you use.

ah ya sorry typo, definately three times more carbs than protein
