I like to make my own MRP’s by adding carbs/fat source to Grow!
For fat - I just usually take a tbsp. of flax with it or 1 oz. walnuts.
For carbs - I usually eat some fruit or mix in some ground oatmeal
My question is: What is the deal with low-gi carb powders such as rice oligodextrinis and the flax powders? They seem pretty cheap and convient does anyone use these types of powder in their MRP’s?
