Hi all.

Ive moved away from my parents and need to fill up my kitchen counters with some kickass food that will make sure i keep healthy and thin ! but still leaves some room to do some kick ass cooking !

Now ive compiled a list of some stuff. i dont say i need to get like all of them… but i wrote down all the good choices that i could think of !

Come on T-Nation lets make the ultimate shopping list !

Meat:

Minced cow meat
Chicken/turkey Breast
Buffalo / ostrich / moose
Steak
Salmon

Refrigerator / freezer:
Eggs
White Cheddar/Havarti

Cucumber
Tomato
Carrots
Advocato

Others:
Oats
Nuts
Dried fruit
whole wheat Pasta/Rice/Quinoa
Olive Oil
Spices
Protein Powder

All the stuff listed with / means that i do not need to buy all of them but just the ones that seem the best at the moment.

So people what other stuff do i need for my cupboards !

I’d say good additions would be steak, avocados and poptarts.

Protein Powder

Added Steak, Advocato and protein powder

keep them coming !

adding tuna to the meat list as well !

frank’s hot sauce.
red cabbage.
turkey (anyone else get sick of chicken?)

And no Poptarts either? This OP is a crazy.

(Plus I’d add mackerel to the fish list; that stuff is tha bomb)

The number 1 item on any “shopping list” made by a man is always Bacon, So I’m assuming that you are a female poster. That being said, even a female poster should have Bacon in the list, if only to make it for any man that comes over to eat at her place. Add bacon.

read the meat section ? both tuna and salmon are listed !

never tasted good swordsfish though it always comes out dry

-added bacon, turkey, cottage cheese and greek youghurt to the list

Ground beef sounds sooo much better than minced cow meat.

I eat alot of seafood. I would have tilapia, trout, and shrimp on there as well.

Didn’t see sweet potatos or milk either.

Get some cans of sardines in sunflower oil, monsterous amount of fish oil and protein, and dirt cheap.

Gotta have the sweet potatos and you gotta have coffee. For fast prep I like to buy the mixxed greens/vegies that I just have to steam.

Black Beans
Ground Lamb
Almond Milk
Raw Honey
Raw Chocolate

Lemons and green tea too…for some bad ass lemon gree tea sweetened with the raw honey.

Not a huge fan of bacon, but turkey bacon is a great substitute. Also, where’s the peanut butter and almond butter. Both of those are like crack to a dieting bodybuilder.

ALMOND BUTTER+ICE+VANILLA WHEY BLENDED WITH ALMOND MILK AND COTTAGE CHEESE

all caps, bro.

Some kind of hot pepper, I like jabanero - gives those morning omelettes some kick!

I’d also like to say if bacon is #1 for a man than jabanero or jalapeno should be #2

a very manly vegetable.

Flax seed, coconut oil, broccoli, cauliflower, canned pumpkin, dead babies
