Whole Foods should have it right next to the flax meal and different types of flour. There is a Bob’s (?) brand. I think that is the brand, anyway.

Or any grocery story, I believe.

Know what works just as well if you cannot find xantham gum?

Pureed (canned) pumpkin. About half a can works fine. Very thick shakes.
