I thought your article on " making sense of supplements" was great. It has allowed me to get the best of all Biotests supplements without losing their effects. It also has helped me to save money. I was wondering if you could maybe write an article on how many calories to consume on each phase of training as well to get even better results from supplements. Especially since nutrition is the most important thing in all training goals and will play a major once MAG-10 comes out. I think many other T-Men would enjoy something like that as well.
