Making Quite Good Progress

alright everyone tried the total body workouts for 3 months, started at 162lb now i'm 175 so made some good gains especially my shoulder, back and chest, but my arms just won't grow. any advice?

Just keep doing what your doing because your obivisouly growing. There is no way your gonna get a 60 inch chest but be stuck at 12 inch arms!

Yes I agree with the last response. People generally have strong a weak body parts. Arnolds calves were small, he solved the problem buy lifting super heavy weight. Try really heavy weight 4-6 reps with 3 sets
