Making Morning Fullbody Mobility Circuit...Need Help!

I’m putting together a short circuit for me to do in the morning made up of mobility drills and stretching…I also have a foam roller to work with. Below is what i have so far, if you guys have any favorite drills you would like to recommend that would be awesome!! Anything else to contribute would also be appreciated.

Light static stretches for major muscle groups ~ 5min
Foam roll back/IT bands/quads/hamstrings ~ 30seconds each
Wall slides ~ two sets of 15
Sleeper stretches ~ 20seconds each arm both externaly/internally
Finish off with two sets of shoulder dislocates for 20seconds.

I have bad rotator cuffs that is why I included 3 shoulder drills, i should also add my job stresses my lower body and traps very much so if you know any good ones please share!!

thanks in advance!
