Making Excuses, or Playing It Safe?

Hey guys

Over the weekend I seemed to have caught a cold, I’m assuming it was from my co-worker/friend that told me he had a cold on friday. However, lots of people have told me they are having bad allergies so I’m thinking that maybe that’s what I have. My head is all stuffed up, and I have a sore throat.

I called up a friend and asked him if it would be wise for me to go workout (the last time i was sick and worked out I broke out in fever and was sick an extra 2 weeks) and he told me that I should take it easy. What would you guys do? I’m not one to miss a day in the gym and so far I’ve only missed one and it’s driving me insane. I’ve heard many guys say that they’d work out no matter what condition they were in; sick or not. I’m not trying to make excuses here, I’m just trying to be smart, and trying to get well asap.
