Nice job! I make chili on occasion, and this is basically the same recipe that I use (only in smaller batches)
I love cooking, my only problem is consistency…I like to add a “pinch” here a “dash” there…so it’s similar from batch to batch, but not the same.
Pork is a great staple that I think is overlooked, nice job adding it in the recipe. It’s one of the leanist/cheapest protein sources out there.
