Any tips? I found the link to warrior force about making a sand bag. Couldn't i just make a sandbag and hook it to a chain and hand it up. Or does anyone else have ideas?
Try rice.
try fillimg the bag with styrofoam ‘peanuts’ and then pour sand in for some weight.
using just sand is going to hurt.
After having tried to do this long ago, I have one recommendation…dont.
If you look around, you can find good heavy bags as cheap as $50. It is worth the investment if you are serious.

I agree. I don’t see why anyone would even waste the time trying to make their own. If you are actually using it and have any force whatsoever, you want something that will stand up against a lot of force and abuse. Punching bags aren’t just sand bags.
50 dollars worth…oh…well, fuck it then. I’ll just use the duffle bag for sand bag work. Thanks for the help
