Maintenance Calorie Intake?

Alright right now I’m weighing in around 240 pounds. I’m not trying to bulk up or cut weight; I just want to know what a good caloric intake would be for this body weight for maintenance. I just calculated my daily caloric, carb, fat, and protein intake, and they are 2823, 257g, 37g, and 336g. The caloric intake seems way low to me. Anyone have any ideas on what it should be?

The way you are going about finding your answer is really the ONLY good way. Any equation that anyone will give is just a guess and will have to be adjusted to the individual. By tracking what you are eating and finding the intake amounts you take in while maintaining wieght is the most accurate way.

Your level may be WAY different than any other person of the same exact size and weight.
