Hey everyone I was just wondering when training during a strength phase what to eat?
(this doesn’t need to go into nutrition section)
I mean I’ve been switching back n forth between strength and size…and then only pure strength cycles to match strength for BW. Since I’m going to be lifting hard again I want to get certain strength numbers back at certain BW’s. For me it’s very easy to gain and lose weight…so I will be putting on 10lbs (which will come very easy cause of muscle memory etc.)
But once I do that, I will obvisuly be eating more…but when I want to focus on strength
(I would be doing high frequency/low volume)
Would I just eat a couple hundred over maintenance…or leave it at maintence?
Then once strength is matched…of course up the ante again.
