I was just thinking about these supps. High doses or arginine will give you the shits. Glycerine will give you the shits, OJ will give you the shits. Is this just s recipe for a code brown when straining under a load?
take it easy. I use it this way and I’m just fine. Start doing just one thing at a time, so take arginine OR glycerine and watch reaction.
