Maintaining the Golf Game

Thibs - I remember that you said you have played competitive golf, so I wanted to get your opinion on balancing training and competition.

I love training, but have found it difficult to maintain my timing/rythm as well as I would like. Training/bodybuilding is important to me, but I would also like to get back into competitive golf.

What is your take on the best way to accomplish both?


i’ve struggled with this a bit myself and the solution is to train to be as explosive/flexible as possible. Christian has mentioned in the past his swing was at its best while he was training the olympic lifts.
