Hey Coach! Your programs were insanely helpful at developing the strength I have today. However, I have made a switch from strength training/powerlifting to Muay Thai martial arts. I have about 4-5 1 hour and a half sessions per week. Do you know any program/ training parameter I can run to help maintain my strength in the big 4 lifts? Perhaps, a program where the sessions are short and can be done after the muay thai class? Or maybe a two a day program that can be done independently on days I do not do Muay Thai. Thanks. Do 2 sets of the 4 exercises 3-4 times a week. Low volume means you will recover faster for your muay thai. I do low volume and found it works better for me.
