Maintaining Power with Bad Knee

Hello,

I’m entering a rest period for my knee, I have bad cartilage (chondromalacia) and was prescribed rest with physical therapy to strengthen the knee.

How can I maintain my gains from plyometrics and powerlifting without aggravating the injury?

Thanks!

I know how much layoffs suck, but if you are getting physical therapy, just concentrate on getting better. At least your gains will come back faster the second time around.
