I’ve been thinking about getting a bottle of HOT-ROX Extreme, because I’m having a hard time losing that last bit of fat on my stomach. I have already lost 20 lbs. in the last few months but just can’t get rid of the rest. So I was wondering, is it hard to maintain muscle while taking this?
First off, my diet would remain the same as it has been while losing weight, with about 180g/protein per day. As long as I continued lifting and getting my protein, would I maintain my muscle mass and lose fat? Sorry if I sound a little ignorant, I am. But that’s why I’m here.
