Maintaining Muscle Mass During Illness...

I’m just coming off GREAT gains using ABBH…unfortunately, I’ve also gotten pretty sick for 3 days (NO WORKING OUT FOR 3 DAYS!!! God forbid…I know, I know…)

I’m taking time off to recover (dizzy just THINKING of anything exercise related…not wussy…only REAL, ya’ll)…but was wondering any input about saving the gains I made…


EAT and rest. You might even gain some LBM through the recovery if you keep yourself fed, and catch up on rest.

A few days is not going to hurt.
