Maintaining Muscle During Vacation

I’m going on a 3 week vacation in a month and won’t have access to a gym. I’m also going to be eating like shit.

Is there anything that will help me maintain some muscle? I’m going to eat as much protein as a I can. Is there anything else I can do?

Eat sligthly above maintenance.

You won’t lose any weight, and you’ll maintain most if not all of your muscle.

Just enjoy your damn vacation! Don’t ruin it with obsessive thoughts about your muscle.

1 week back into the gym with proper eating will get you back.

If you must, do pullups and pushups and 200rep body squats. That should be enough to hit all the groups a bit.

If you’re gonna be eating like shit, do some sprints (preferably uphill), drop down and get a bunch of pushups, situps, and find a bar or tree and do some pullups.

You can get a damn good workout in outside. just do all kinds of stuff and stay out there for a half hour or so in the morning. You should be fine as long as you stay active. These are all not very intensive also so you can do them everyday if you feel like you’re gonna get fat/small.

Yeah thats all good and everything but at the end of day its a vacation. Enjoy yourself.
