Maintaining Gains

I've been lifting for 6months consistently I need help due to the fact I am active duty I go into the field a lot and loss muscle mass due to high fat and calories in mres all I can do out here is body weight workout
any tips ?

I would find the guys in the infantry that are jacked and just ask them what they do.

I’m intrigued why high fat and calories would cause you to lose muscle mass?
