Maintainance Diet Help

I am coming off a recent ketogenic diet and am looking for some input/help on what a good maintainance diet would be in terms of macro breakdown throughout the day, even per meal if it is possible. I know numbers are relative to individuals, so for some background, I am 5’11, 192lbs, around 10% bf, and am sort of an meso-endo morph, leaning more towards the endomorph portion.

Any input would be greatly appreciated and feel free to take it as far as you want with workout nutrition, supplementation, and even certain foods.
