So I'm moving to Costa Rica in the fall and am going to go on a cut before I leave because I'm not sure if I'll have the on demand access to tons of food there like we do in the states to continue bulking.
I'm 19 and over the course of the past 5-6 months I've gone from a skinny fat 159 to 183 at about the same bf, 15%
Yes, I want to get much bigger over the course of my life, but I'd also like to see myself at sub 10% bf. I'm going to start "The Waterbury High Frequency System" here next week. So after 8 more weeks of eating everything in site, I want to cut down while I still have the guaranteed access to proper nutrition.
So once I'm done with the bulk, should I maintain my weight for a bit, or would gradually dropping calories from week to week prevent muscle loss?
I also plan to take HOT-ROX during this time. Thanks in advance, guys.
