Hake, Salmon, Tuna, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Spinach, Macadamia Nuts and Macadamia Nut Oil.

I hate chicken and beef, just had too much of it the first 10 years of mu training career!

My cheat meal used to be Oats, baked Apple and lots of Cinnamon

Almost forgot the cigarettes and coffee…

… sweet potatos…

Tuna, eggs, chicken and PB; a day definitely doesn’t go by that I don’t eat all of them.

Chicken
Ground beef
Oats
Protein powder

I single handedly keep Smart Chicken in business.

Oats, almonds, broccoli, cottage cheese, bananas, steak and whey

milk, eggs, chicken, oats. Those 4 are a guarentee every day.

Everyday pretty much consists of: eggs, oats, ezekiel/kamut bread, protein shakes, cottage cheese, various nuts, steak, ground sirloin.

Protein powder, spinach, burger, oats, milk.

Tons of lean meat. Cold cuts, chicken, steak, and fish are where I get probably 80% of my calories.

Milk, beef, chinese food.

Tuna, milk, peanut butter

Whole milk, peanut butter, ground beef, cheese, eggs. Anything thats cheap and full of protein.

Round roast, chicken, salmon, protein powder, and carrots.
