Mainstay of your Diet

I would like to know what the foods you eat most.

Mine are, tuna, eggs and broccoli.

Eggs, like 10 a day.
Also lots of legumes and sardines.

University student = poor

besides the eggs, i eat a shitload of ground turkey and steaks, ground turkey isnt too expensive and can be made into some tasty burgers. and beef should be on everyone’s diet.

turkey, chicken, oatmeal, spinach

ground sirloin, eggs, oats.

Pizza and Protein Shakes. I’m not even lying.

oatmeal and chicken breasts. Those are usually in my diets the most.

Cheeseburgers and mexican food

Oats, Eggs, Cottage Cheese, Natty Peanut Butter, Fruit, Veggies

beef and nuts

Oatmeal, my wife’s left over Nutrisystem meals (with lean ground beef added)

chicken, eggs, oatmeal, diet coke, beer, chips and salsa.

Oatmeal, Protein Powder, Chicken, Peanut Butter and varieties of Wheat Toast

Have those everyday with the exception of Chicken which may be replaced by some other meat, tomorrow it would be Tilapia.

Beef, milk, eggs, potatoes, broccoli, cheese.

You can make 30 different meals with those.

Eggs, chicken breasts, salmon, steak, broccoli, spinach, oats, milk.

And i kind of just + Salad to everything.

Eggs. Someone at work said I was going to have high cholesterol b/c I eat too many… lol

Big fan of trader joe’s marinated roasts - pork and tri-tip especially

Eggs and chicken. And of course, whey for workouts.
I eat twenty eggs a day, 5 chicken thighs.
All other meals vary.

Oats, Brown Rice, Sweet Potato, various Fruits.

Tuna, eggs, cottage cheese, chicken/turkey breast, white fish.

Nuts, avocado, EVOO, walnut oil, coconut oil, butter, flax meal, canned salmon; sardines.

Cinnamon, turmeric.

Whatever’s reduced-to-clear… steak when I’m in luck.
