I’ve decided to start reading up as much as I can on weight lifting and training, and I heard about a magazine called, Hers. I was wondering if anyone knows if it is a good magazine or not.


I never heard of it, however, I strongly suggest you search this site for any nutrition or training plans. They are a lot more accurate than any magazines.


I know there’s a “Muscle & Fitness Hers”, but not sure how good it is…

I started getting “Oxygen” and I like it for motivation, but I rely more on T-Mag for accurate training and nutrition information.

If Women’s Health is as good as Men’s Health, then I highly recommend it.

However, as others have said, get your training and nutrition info here on T-Nation. Your body will reward you for it.
