Mag10 for non bodybuilders?


I’ve been reading T-mag for about a year but have never posted before. My goal is to get as strong as possible by doing functional lifts like DL, Snatch, pullups etc w/o gaining too much extra weight. I mainly lift to improve my grappling / kickboxing. Would Mag10 be beneficial for someone like me? Thanks.

If you’re looking to gain strength, MAG-10 should definitely help give you a boost. So you don’t have to use it just for bodybuilding purposes.
