I have just bought my first bottle of Mag-10.
I need some advice on how/what to eat. I have read the articles on this site ‘Massive Eating’ etc, but all they talk about is eating X grams of protein x grams of carbs and taking in x amount of calories. How do I relate this what it is I am actually eating. Can someone give me a sample diet, i.e. 2 chicken breats with baked potatoe in morning etc instead of just numbers?, I’m not familiar with measuring food in the terms of grams of protein/carbs etc???

Read the nutrition labels on ALL of the food that you eat. Buy a measuring scale and weigh all of your meat. Use measuring cups to portion your veggies, fruit, oatmeal, etc… Then, do the math just like everyone does.
