I did a MAG10 cycle for two weeks and for about three weeks now have been using Tribex for 6 caps/day. I do not have any of the “M” supplement. Do you think I can go back on MAG10 again for two weeks and after that use the Tribex for three weeks again? Or should I use the Tribex for four weeks like suggested?
You can.
If not using M, I’d recommend using
one capsule per day of the Solaray Vitex
product, the non-extract version with
400 mg per capsule. I’m sure other brands
of Vitex may work well also, but some may
not work as well, and I don’t have information
on which is which as to other brands.
