I have been on zmass and tribex 500 for a week now and just ordered 2 bottles of mag 10. I really like the zmass and tribex, I notice a excitement to workout and see the gains in strength I am getting. I need to know what is the best way for me to go about switching over to the mag 10 when it gets here? Also, with the mag 10 if i work out for 4-5 days a week and take the weekends off completely do I still take the mag 10 on the weekends? Another quick one, what is the difference between one and two doses a day? How much effect does this have and the full 8 week cycle, does that mean 8 total weeks on mag 10 or 8 weeks of alternating with tribex?
