I am an experience trainer for 27 years. About 5 years ago, something happened to me that precludes me from doing more than about 2 sets per bodypart with lighter weights for fixed repetitions (no more than 6-9 depending on the exercise).
I tried Mag 10 1 year ago and had a bad reaction related to my physical problem. I ried 1 dose per day again 7 days ago and have gained 3 lbs. This is significant as I went OFF creatine, cannot train hard and can’t eat great quantities of food.
