Okay I’ve read all about mag-10,my thing is how are you guys getting your protein & carbs up so high? Are you drinking 4-5 shakes a day?

Shakes can be very helpful, but mostly it’s just chewing, making the right food choices, and more chewing. I have two Grow shakes a day to help out.
Alternate liquid meal with real food meal. That is the only way I could get all the calories that I needed. Usually 4 of each meal.
